I don't think that Claudia's old enough to be Johnny's mom. If she was sixteen when she was sent away, which was after Johnny's mother was shot, which was when he was eight, therefore she's at the most eight years older than Johnny and I don't think even Claudia could have a baby when she was eight! Lol. It would def be interesting, tho.
Maybe she's older than we think and poor Johnny's been lied to about alot! ya never know with the soaps!
Yeah, they'd just have to do some quick rewrites, but it's not like they've never aged anyone before...
I think either she had an affair or tried to seduce Trevor or her dad and then tried to commit Suicide by cutting her wrists.
Of course maybe the writers haven't decided yet. Seems like they jump around with her back story.

For a long time I thought Trevor had molested her, but now it's def looking more like it was Anthony! He practically admitted it on Thurs. It would explain a lot, but I don't know if I trust the current GH writers to handle that storyline in a responsible way. One can hope, I suppose, and Sarah Brown is certainly a great actress if they're going to give her heavy material.
