Some of our favorite daytime stars of yesteryear passed away during 2018. We're taking a look back at those we've lost and remembering their contributions to daytime.

The daytime community lost some of its brightest stars in 2018. Here is a look at some of the stars who passed away in the last twelve months. They may be gone, but they will never be forgotten.

John Conboy, former producer of The Young and the Restless and many other soap operas, has passed away.
February 10, 2018
John Gavin, an actor, diplomat, and husband to General Hospital's Constance Towers has passed away at the age of 86.
February 11, 2018
NBC executive Lin Bolen, responsible for making Days of our Lives an hour-long drama and for introducing Wheel of Fortune, has died.
