What happened during the week of July 21, 2014
Katie and Ridge searched Spencer's records for proof that Bill had been responsible for Ridge's fall, to no avail. By charming Alison, Deacon learned that the Spencer helicopter had been in the Middle East. He also learned that Bill was boarding a helicopter to prepare for an impromptu wedding to Brooke. When Deacon relayed the tips to Ridge, Ridge commandeered Bill's helicopter, sliced out the seatbelt, and tossed Bill around in the craft until Bill admitted to what he'd done to Ridge in the Emirates. Bill confessed the deed to a disillusioned Brooke. Wyatt offered Hope the blue diamond, and with her video phone, Ivy caught the pair hugging.

What happened during the week of July 21, 2014
Daniel told Brady that John was in a coma and might not recover. Brady told Maggie that he planned to make a major life change. Fearing that the truth would come out, a frantic Theresa made plans to leave town. Brady called it quits with Theresa. Eric and Nicole shared a tense sexual moment. Eric learned that he needed Nicole to testify on his behalf at the Vatican if he hoped to clear his name. Jennifer had harsh words for Daniel after she saw him with Eve. Jennifer gave E.J. a piece of her mind about his affair with Abigail. E.J. pleaded with Sami for them to get back together. Sami broke down in tears after her talk with Caroline. Sami thought about giving E.J. a second chance, but Johnny's words changed her mind. Will warned Sami to stop her plan of revenge against Abigail. Paige asked J.J. about his past. Ben told Abigail about his past life and that Jordan was his sister. Clyde's talk with Jordan rattled her. Hope and Aiden could not stop thinking about each other. Hope was shocked when Ciara invited Aiden and Chase to join them on vacation. Rafe realized that Kate cared more for him than he had thought. Paige bolted from her date with J.J. after he tried to have sex with her.

What happened during the week of July 21, 2014
Ava reached out to her brother for his help. Julian agreed to rescue Ava from Sonny's clutches in exchange for information, so Ava told Julian that Sonny had killed A.J. Julian suggested that he and Alexis see each other in secret, so Molly would return home. Alexis reluctantly agreed to Julian's plan but only on a temporary basis until she could persuade Molly to give Julian another chance. Spencer took his matchmaking scheme too far by running away. Spencer stayed in contact with Britt as she helped Nikolas search for his son. Levi confessed that he would be arrested if he returned to Australia, so Maxie suggested that they get married to keep him from being deported. Mac and Felicia objected to the quickie green card marriage, but Maxie was determined to go through with the ceremony. Nina overheard a revealing conversation between Sam and Silas about Patrick's personal struggle in the operating room during Rafe's surgery. Nina shared the information with a reporter, knowing that Sam would assume Silas had leaked the information. Silas denied telling the press about Patrick's confession, but Sam was unable to trust Silas. Sam broke up with Silas because she couldn't ignore the growing distance between her and Silas since Nina's arrival. Liesl fired Patrick when he admitted that he had considered killing Rafe. Sam realized that Nina might have overheard her conversation with Silas, so she set out to find proof to expose Nina. Lucy was hurt when she realized that Scott had moved on with Bobbie. Shawn and Jordan shared a heated kiss.

What happened during the week of July 21, 2014
Victor attempted to get Phyllis into a clinical trial for a drug that reversed comas, but he ordered her doctor not to tell her family about it. Nikki read from her journal in court to defend herself against Ian's emotional distress claims, but she was afraid that Paul and Dylan would blame her for keeping them apart. Abby made Kelly and Austin feel uncomfortable at an awkward Abbott family dinner. Barton planned to recommend Stitch as chief resident. Kelly confided to Jack that Stitch was a murderer, and Jack struggled with whether or not to tell Billy. The mysterious man sent his assistant to pose as a maintenance worker to stop Billy and Chelsea from having sex. Kevin presented Chelsea with a yearbook that proved Stitch had stolen Ben Rayburn's identity, and he provided evidence that Stitch had killed someone. Billy later discovered the yearbook, and Chelsea reluctantly revealed what she'd learned, but Billy was livid that she hadn't told him earlier. Billy confronted Kelly about Stitch's true identity and was incensed to find out that Jack had already known. Billy and Jack forced Stitch to confess to Victoria what he had done, and Stitch revealed that he'd killed his father, although he insisted it had been an accident. Kelly was angry with Jack for betraying her, but he admitted that he hadn't gone to Billy with the information because he loved her. Victoria contemplated whether to lie about the paternity test results for the sake of her child.

A look at what was happening the week of July 26, 1999
Opal was disappointed when she learned that Adrian had not proposed to Belinda. Mateo found Hayley and Ryan together in the condo and hit the roof, spoiling Max's birthday party. Raquel revealed that she'd been in touch with her family. David pretended to poison Donald so that the writer would admit on tape that Vanessa had stolen photos from his office. Edmund, Brooke, and Erica were stunned when they learned Dimitri had died after suffering a massive stroke. Shock also followed when a woman, Alexandra, announced that she was Dimitri's wife. Jake comforted Gillian after learning of Dimitri's death. A panicked Alexandra talked Edmund out of opening Dimitri's casket. Edmund was upset when Dimitri's casket, along with Alexandra, disappeared.

>Brad kept mum that he knew Carly and Jack had slept together. After learning Jack had slept with Carly, Julia decided she was meant to be with Reid/David. Brad received his divorce payoff from Carly then he shocked everyone at Barbara and Hal's engagement party with the news that Hal, not John, was Parker's father. Jennifer, who had returned from camp, was worried about her mom, Barbara. Brad handed Parker over to a stunned Hal. Molly returned Melinda's pacifier after learning Julia had already had a DNA test done on the child with the alleged result that she was not Lily and Holden's daughter.

A look at what was happening the week of July 26, 1999
Josh was devastated to learn that Reva and Richard were married and had a son together. Josh agreed to stay in San Cristobel with Reva while she tried to remember her past, but Richard warned Josh that Reva's life was in danger if he stayed in town. Edmund continued to manipulate Olivia and convinced her that Richard would forget Reva and marry Olivia. Edmund sabotaged Richard and Reva's fencing match, with a serious outcome. Josh, Billy, Cassie, Danny, and Michelle worked on a plan to free Reva. Alan had a major heart attack at Towers. Rick saved Alan's life and was reinstated to the hospital. Susan sneaked Lizzie into to the hospital to see Grampa Alan. Alan expressed remorse to his family for his past mistakes and vowed to change if he lived. India kept a vigil at his side. Alan had another setback after receiving a good prognosis. David and Vicky made love, but he purposely pushed Vicky away after refusing to fire Ben as his attorney. Bill's computer software got the green light. Jesse got a marriage license, but Drew kept stalling. Drew finally opened up to Jesse about her Judaism and how it might affect their relationship. Cassie hired Sam to work at the farm. Holly tried to find out more about Sam's past. Carmen plotted with Edmund to ruin Danny and Michelle's marriage and to support Edmund with his plan to remove Reva from Richard's life for the sake of the country.
