What happened during the week of November 17, 2014

Hope and Wyatt took a commercial flight out of Amsterdam after she witnessed Liam and Ivy kissing, and the spouses reached an understanding about concentrating on their marriage. Eric backed Caroline and Ridge's line, but Rick sabotaged it by pricing the gowns out of their market. Katie riled Bill up about Ridge and Caroline, and Bill's fists delayed Ridge from the fashion show. Caroline confessed to the bruised Ridge that she'd fallen for him. The couture line sold despite Rick's scheme, and Eric demanded that Rick stop the foolishness with Maya and reconcile with Caroline or lose his job. As Caroline contemplated giving up on Rick, Rick approached her to ask for forgiveness.

What happened during the week of November 17, 2014

On Eve's orders, J.J. tried to break up with Paige, but Paige was determined to work things out with him. Clyde advised Jordan to hold on to Chad. Chad got the upper hand on Kate and forced her to appoint him as Co-CEO of DiMera Enterprises. Chad was shocked that Stefano approved of his actions. Clyde asked Marlena to take him on as a patient. Abigail put Anne in her place. Hope questioned Aiden about a search she had seen on his tablet. Aiden worked things out with Hope. Theresa made a play for Paul. Theresa could not wait to tell Brady that she had found someone new. Eve warned J.J. to stay away from Paige. Jennifer arrived home and walked in on an intense meeting between J.J. and Eve. Sonny learned about Chad's new job. Nicole and Daniel were surprised at what seemed to be happening between them. Maggie was shocked to see Melanie at her front door.

What happened during the week of November 17, 2014

Sonny decided to plead guilty to A.J.'s murder to spare Carly from going to Pentonville for aiding him in the cover-up of the shooting. An agent with the Justice Department threatened to launch an investigation into Cesar Faison's murder, so Anna revealed that Faison was not dead. Anna revealed that Faison had been imprisoned on Spoon Island. Patrick was reinstated at the hospital, so he decided to celebrate by helping Sam with the investigation. Patrick and Sam overheard Larry on the phone, conspiring with Jerry Jacks. Kiki was heartbroken when she walked in on Michael and Rosalie in bed together. Michael announced his intention to legally change his name to Quartermaine and move in with Monica. Monica welcomed Michael into her home with open arms. At Michael's request, Sonny had Shawn give Michael the recording of Ava's confession, which Michael promptly turned over to Anna. Ava manipulated Silas into helping her flee town when she got wind that the police intended to arrest her for Connie's murder. Julian was thrown into lockup because Anna was certain that he had helped Connie escape justice. Lucas urged Julian to be completely honest with Alexis, so Julian reached out to her. Alexis was stunned when Julian revealed that there were two Luke Spencers. Franco helped Nina face the reality of her situation. Shawn and Jordan confessed to T.J. that Shawn had killed Thomas when Thomas had confronted Shawn in a rage about Shawn's past affair with Jordan. Luke managed to escape from the straitjacket and his padded cell but encountered his double.

Jack proposed to Phyllis, and the couple made love. Jack tried to keep news of their engagement private, but Phyllis threw an impromptu family party to announce their upcoming wedding. Jack hesitated to tell Kelly about his reunion with Phyllis after he learned Maureen had suffered a heart attack, but he found Kelly and said they needed to talk. Stitch and Billy found Victoria in the Jabot storage closet, and they helped deliver a healthy baby girl. Victoria decided to have a paternity test performed. Maureen threatened to reveal that Nikki was drinking again, but Nikki argued it would be Maureen's word against hers. Victor vowed to take legal action against Maureen. Michael went to an oncologist, who wanted to run more tests to determine the stage of Michael's cancer. Mariah raved to Kevin about an online fantasy series, unaware that he was the author. Summer told Austin that she had been in love with Kyle. Devon paid Colin two million dollars to keep him from telling Neil about Devon and Hilary's affair. Thanks to a photo Jill provided to the police, Kurtz was arrested before Colin could pay him off. Grace visited Nick, and they almost had sex, but Nick pulled away. Nick left town for some time alone, and he befriended a dog in a remote cabin. The dog showed up at Constance's home, and she identified it as Gabriel's. The dog growled at Adam.
